Booking, Payment and Confirmation

1. Please telephone or e-mail to check availability before booking. Then complete and return the Booking Form below.

2. We hold provisional bookings for 7 days by which time we should have received your deposit.

3. For UK based guests - We prefer payment by personal cheque drawn on a UK bank. We can also accept payment by Credit / Debit Card, NoChex PayPal, and Bank Transfer. For non-UK based guests - we accept payment by Credit / Debit Card, NoChex PayPal, and Bank Transfer - but please note that you must ensure that we receive the full and correct sterling amount. Please do not send euro-denominated cheques.

4. On receipt of your booking form and deposit payment, we will send a written confirmation of your booking.

5. Upon receipt of your final payment (6 weeks before the start of your holiday) we will confirm and send you directions to your bungalow and instructions for picking up the keys.

6. Note that if you are booking within 6 weeks of your holiday full payment is required.

How to Book

Booking: To confirm your booking, please return the Booking Form together with your 50% deposit cheque or make payment by Credit / Debit Card, NoChex, PayPal, or Bank Transfer (Note that we still require a completed, signed booking form by post or fax). The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday start date, the full amount is required at the time of booking.

Discounts: We offer a 5% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more OR a 10% discount on the weekly tariff if you have stayed at Casa Chicho previously.

Rental Period: Please note that your rental period runs from 3pm on arrival day until 11am on departure day. We ask you to respect these times so that there is sufficient time between bookings to thoroughly clean and prepare your villa.

Conditions of Hire

Party Size: The hirer agrees that the property will not be occupied by more than the numbers of adults and children listed on the booking form except by prior written agreement. Casa Chicho is available for holiday use only for the period specified on the booking form.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel please advise us immediately. We will try our best to re-let the villa, in which case we will return your payments less our expenses incurred in re-advertising and administration. If we cannot re-let the villa, the balance of your hire charge is payable in full on the due date. We strongly recommend that you insure against cancellation. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, our total liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid to us.

Care: The hirer agrees on behalf of his / her party to take good care of the property and facilities, to leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period and to act with all reasonable consideration for other residents at Bungalows Famara. Any guest behaving unreasonably, and after due warning, will be asked to vacate the premises by the management company at Famara Bungalows.

Damage: Minor accidental damage will not normally be charged for, but please inform us of articles damaged during the rental period so that these may be replaced.

Outdoor safety: The Hirer and his/her party are welcome, at their own risk, to use Casa Chicho’s swimming pool, terraces, outdoor barbecue and garden furniture. Please ensure, in particular, that children are properly supervised in and around the swimming pool.
