If you want to just relax at home, Casa Chicho has a fully equipped
kitchen, as well as a large built-in barbeque if you want to cook and
watch the sunset at the same time!
The supermarket on the site stocks the basics, including fresh rolls for
breakfast and there is a supermarket in La Caleta de Famara. For an extensive
choice of meat and fresh fruit and vegetables visit one of the larger
supermarkets in the tourist resorts or by the airport worth stocking up
for your holiday at one of these. |

There is a restaurant and bar close to Casa Chicho on the Famara Bungalows
site great for lunch and perfect after a hard day on the beach! |
| 'In Town' Just along the beach, La Caleta de Famara has several excellent fish
restaurants and bars, some with amazing views over the sea.
Caleta has a 'wild' look about it - the streets are covered in
sand and there are almost as many boats 'parked' in the streets as
cars.
However, the welcome is warm, the atmosphere is laid back and the
food and drink is always good and reasonably priced. |
